Honduras Pitch Pine Website

Wood Products International is now offering Honduras Pitch Pine. The beauty of Pitch Pine is that as a building material it is renewable, grows faster than other woods, is 3 times tougher than Eastern Pine and takes stain and color well. The company harvests Honduras Pitch Pine from sustainable growth forests resulting in minimal environmental impact.

The aim was to position Honduras Pitch Pine as a sustainable and eco-conscience building material. As a wholesaler of select woods and wood products on a global scale, it was important to develop a site that was user friendly yet had a universal visual appeal in order to translate well internationally. The website developed as a hybrid Flash/html site giving it optimum web searchability without sacrificing any visual appeal.  We also put together a 10″x 7″, 16 page product brochure and various supplemental print pieces such as flyers and price sheets.

Gilkey Restaurant Consulting Stationary

Our experience with restaurant branding and restaurant consulting services goes way back. When Gilkey Restaurant Consulting contacted us about creating their logo, stationary and website, we were confident we could develop the right look to help them stand out in this competitive industry. The brand needed to be simple, contemporary and sophisticated.

Starting with an appetizing PMS orange as the primary color contrasted with a reserved cool gray, we developed a very simple and recognizable logo and impactful stationary. Business cards, letterhead and envelopes were printed on an ultra white smooth stock to achieve a clean, high contrast finished product. The Web site design echoes this simplicity and sophistication through its color pallette, alignment, contrast, and flash images. We are especially fond of the nifty little 360 degree flash viewer.
